Spotlighting collections

You can spotlight collections in navigation views, where file status information is likely to be useful. For information on spotlighting, see Spotlighting page groupings in navigation view.

To spotlight a collection in a navigation view:

1 Display the navigation view and the View Controller.

2 Click the Navigation tab of the View Controller.

3 Choose a collection from the Collection menu under Spotlight. Choosing a collection automatically selects the Collection button to the left of the menu.
